Board Special Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER/FLAG SALUTE/INTRODUCTIONS The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Rob Olson, Board Chair. Board members in attendance were Rob Olson, Judy Boxx, Sheri Folsom, Charlie Crabtree, and Mary Mattison. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Personnel Performance Review The Board went into executive session at 8:02 p.m. to review personnel performance. The executive session ended at 9:37 p.m. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 9:38 p.m. by Chair Rob Olson. |
